Items that are in stock on the website we ship within 2-4 business days after the order is placed.

International shipping

We ship items worldwide, all online orders are shipped from Turkey. Shipping is done by DHL EXPRESS. International delivery can take up to 15 working days. The delivery time depends on the destination.

Shipping costs

The cost of shipping depends on the destination. The average shipping cost is between 20 and 40 USD.

For orders over 500 USD, we offer free shipping.

Please note that any import duties and taxes are not included in the total price. We are not responsible for any local taxes that must be paid according to the laws of the destination country. You may contact the competent authorities in your country to determine these charges.

Order payment

We work with Fondy payment system and accept Visa and Mastercard. Our company guarantees the security and anonymity of your data.

Delivery refusal

Please note that if the customer refuses to accept the parcel or pay the import fee at customs, or if the customer does not receive the parcel for any other reason, the order will be returned to the warehouse and canceled. The actual round trip shipping cost will be deducted from the amount returned to the customer.
