Returns & exchanges

You can make an exchange or return any item purchased on the LNME website within 14 days of its delivery to the specified address. Before exchanging or returning, please make sure that:

• The item is in original condition, namely the item has not been used, worn, washed or deformed in any way
• The item has original and undamaged packaging and all tags and labels are in their initial place.

In case of return or exchange, shipping costs, taxes and duties paid are not refundable. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
